
Before I became a yoga teacher I used to be a cook and it's still one of my greatest passions to work with the beautiful products that Mother Nature provides for us.
The food I cook is:

I always try to keep it waste free. No plastic!
I'm inspired by nature and I like to keep it pure and simple. I like to incorparate Ayurvedic principles in the dishes I make and find it important that the food is fresh, vibrant and nutricious.
