More than a work-out
Hatha yoga is an ancient practice, designed to maintain a healthy body and a clear mind. Through movement we warm up the body and in stillness we create space. We become more flexible, both physically and mentally.
I'm not just a qualified yoga teacher,
but a meditation teacher and massage therapist as well.
My goal is to offer more than just a work-out.
My classes include:
*a variaty of guided meditations
*shiatsu, a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine
