Practicing outside gives another dimension to the practice. Breathing in the fresh air, feeling the sunlight and a nice breeze on our skin, the soft earth beneath our feet. A sense of freedom and playfulness. These lessons will take place at different locations every week. In the forest or the dunes, at the beach or at the park. You'll get a chance to discover new places, stretching your body and your horizon at the same time. This week: Oosterplas We will meet at the parking lot next to the hockey club.
